I first met Andre a few months into my condo search when I scheduled a showing of a midtown condo he was listing. I had been searching without the assistance of a buyer's agent, and well before Andre had any indication of wether I was going to make an offer on his listing, he was honest, responsive, and offered any help he could provide. I did not make an offer on that condo, but I did decide it would be better to have someone like Andre on my side. From that first meeting, to finding a place, to the offer and counter offers, to the final walk-through, and right up to closing, Andre showed incredible attention to detail, maintainted a positive attitude, and most importantly, kept all the parties (especially me) on track for a hassle free closing. Andre took the time to listen to our needs, desires, and concerns not only in regards to our housing wants, but fitting our family with a neighborhood. Andre sold our house and helped us buy a new one in 2006. We had interviewed several agents, but were particularly impressed from the outset with Andre's professionalism and we felt we could trust him not to cut corners. Sure enough, Andre followed through with every step, was always available, returned calls promptly (even when we were in Kenya!) and we never felt anything was too much trouble. Andre's suggestions and guidance were invariable spot-on, and we never felt rushed to sell our old house nor buy the new one, yet Andre kept the process moving despite our occasional dithering when we did not know how best to proceed. We began our process of searching for a new home in the midtown neighborhood in early 2007. We started with 3 potential real estate agents and Jenny knew that Andre was the agent we should go with right away. The initial impression was laid when we first toured homes with Andre.
